There is something about these subtle metallic undertones - a better word might be opaline as they they have the same sometimes blue hue to them just as opaline milk glass does. I keep going back to them and it's lovely to see them combined differently with every creation.
Here they pair wonderfully with "Schrenck's Emperor", that shows green, blue and red details. But the most beautiful details are definitely brought on by the "Royal Jewel", bright blue on one side (not on display here), and a surprisingly bright red and golden pattern on the other.
