Shipping policy

Most of our products are handmade to order and they may take one week to prepare. We normally have our full range in stock to be shipped out sooner, but some butterflies may still need to be prepared for your particular piece.

Everything is well-wrapped and boxed up before shipping out once your order is ready. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing a tracking number. See below for the different shipping options.

If you’re looking for a present for a specific celebration please order well in advance. If products need to be shipped out sooner then please reach out through info@ucstudio.co.uk and we will let you know which products are ready to be shipped out the next day.

All orders are insured and most require a signature so please bear this in mind if you are not going to be in during the day. If you are not in when the delivery arrives you will need to visit the local mail office to collect it or can rearrange for delivery on another day through the Royal Mail website.

 

UK Delivery : FREE

Royal Mail - Guaranteed delivery by 1pm or 1st class delivery - between 1-2 working days.

 

Europe Delivery: £10,00

Royal Mail - Tracked & Signed Delivery- between 5-7 working days. The buyer is responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays arising through customs.

 

Worldwide Delivery: £15,00

Royal Mail or DHL - Tracked & Signed Delivery - between 7-14 working days. The buyer is responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays arising through customs. Please ensure you can legally import specimens to your country - we are not legally responsible if they are being held at customs.
