A mesmerising series displaying 8 different Morpho butterflies. Each frame displays a single butterfly and they can be purchased per frame or together as a whole set.
Morpho’s are unique butterflies for the way the light bounces off their microscopic scales. This gives them their iridescent colour which ranges from a soft lilac to a deep bright blue depending on the specimen and how they catch the light.

These museum grade entomology frames are constructed from wood plastered with book-binding cloth and a plastazote backing. They are box frames with a removable lid. They are 5cm deep and equipped with picture frame hooks so you can choose to hang or have them stand up.
