Males - Rothschild & Priamus Birdwings

Two beautiful male birdwing butterflies. These frames are a part of a set of 3 frames where you can clearly see how the male counterpart is much more colourful than the females. The males have a very recognisable "poisonous" green colour with bright yellow details and a graphic black pattern.

Please note that these were produced with the correct CITES documentation and we won't export them for the moment, we can only sell them to UK-based customers.

Frame:

XL Frame: 23x30x5cm

These museum grade entomology frames are constructed from wood plastered with book-binding cloth and a plastazote backing. They are box frames with a removable lid. They are 5cm deep and equipped with picture frame hooks so you can choose to hang or have them stand up.
